When it comes to gluten-free baking, Bob’s Red Mill has exactly what we need – a great variety of gluten-free flours made from top quality ingredients. This is why we were thrilled to have Bob’s Red Mill as a key note sponsor at Nourished 2012.

Quality you ask? What does that mean?

Here’s exactly what Bob’s Red Mill does to make sure your gluten-free baked goods are safe and delicious:

They stone grind over 70 gluten free flours, cereals and baking mixes

Gluten-free products are made in a dedicated facility free from wheat and other gluten containing grains and derivatives

Focus on educating staff members on good manufacturing practices that ensures high levels of quality control

Ingredients are segregated and each line is thoroughly cleaned between production runs

Their products are not only produced in a dedicated facility but are also batch tested for purity

The gluten free facility is also dairy and casein free

Now that’s what we call quality!

Have you connected with Bob’s Red Mill? If not, here’s how:
